• The prices listed are only available with purchase at Ancient Iron. These prices are not available through retail stores which carry our products, or through catalog purchases.

• No price adjustments can be made to any Ancient Iron product after purchase. Your purchase price is the final price.

• For all Ancient Iron items, quantities are limited, once an item is sold out or unavailable, it is gone. There will be no back orders or special orders, so if you see something you like, buy it before it`s sold out. Due to limited quantities of some items, we can`t guarantee that it will be available once you conclude your purchase. It is possible that an item you have selected has sold out before we are able to update our systems, in that case credit will be extended or a replacement offered. Thanks for your understanding.

Whether you shop with Ancient Iron online, through our catalog, or at retail stores which carry our products, we're committed to your personal security and privacy. Any information we collect at Ancient Iron is used for the express purpose of making your future visits more worthwhile. We do not make your name and postal or email address available to direct marketing companies or anyone else without a court order.

If you have given us your email address online, we will occasionally send you email letting you know when something happens that could interest you. You may receive email advising you of any special promotions, or site updates and enhancements. You can always take yourself off of our email list, just email us at njmma@charter.net and request that your name be deleted from our email list (this will not affect email notification of orders and other service related email). Ordering from our site is as secure as ordering via a catalog or using your credit card at your favorite restaurant. The media has played a large role in accelerating the myth that online shopping subverts your personal information any more than shopping anywhere else. If you shop from trusted merchants with an established brand, your online experience should be worry free.

At Ancient Iron we use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) 128 bit encryption to protect your information as it travels over the internet. We use PayPal for online purchases, and any data exchanged online is protected from theft and tampering.

Consumer protection laws protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission.
